At Elevated Care Solutions, we believe healing starts when support meets you where you are. ARMHS is a community-based mental health service that helps adults build everyday skills to feel more confident, stable, and independent in their daily lives. We walk alongside you!
Who ARMHS Is For
ARMHS is available to adults
(18 and older) who have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and Medical Assistance (MA) or a participating health plan. This service is especially helpful for individuals who may feel overwhelmed, isolated, stuck, or unsure how to move forward but want support in creating stability and growth in their lives.
You do not need to be in crisis to qualify
Our Approach
We meet you in your community — at home, in public spaces, or wherever you feel most comfortable. Every plan is personalized, respectful, and centered on your strengths. You are not defined by your diagnosis here — you are seen as a whole person with goals, resilience, and potential.
